Individuals (consumers) benefits from a 24-month legal conformity guarantee, starting from the date of delivery of the product, according to GEO no. 140/2021.
Legal entities benefits from a 12-month commercial warranty, according to the supplier/manufacturer's policy.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity occurring during the warranty period, the customer has the right to free repair of the product or, if repair is not possible within a reasonable time, to replacement or reimbursement, according to legal provisions.
The maximum remediation period is 15 calendar days. from the date on which the consumer informed the seller of the lack of conformity. In exceptional cases, if the product must be sent to the manufacturer or it is necessary to bring a part that is not in stock, the remedy period may be extended, and the client will be informed in writing of this.
The warranty applies only if the product is used according to the manufacturer's instructions. Normal wear and tear, improper use, unauthorized interventions or failures caused by external factors (mechanical shocks, surges, excessive humidity, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.

You can pay in cash to the courier who delivers your order, if that is your preference. Please have the exact amount ready, as the courier is not always able to provide change.
To pay cash on delivery, the minimum order value must be 200 lei.

For this option, please contact us by phone in advance. The showroom pickup schedule is Monday to Friday, between 9:30 AM and 15:30 PM.
