Blue Flux 50 gr - Flow paste for pickling and gluing metals.
This high quality flux paste, superior to the former boric acid, helps to protect the finished objects to be glued through the flame. The flux prevents the formation of oxides from the application of fire - which can usually be difficult to remove.
Blue Flux removes dirt and grease from the metal.
It will help the solder flow much more smoothly, getting where you want it to go. Apply it with a brush to the joint to be welded and it will keep the part clean while it is heated, allowing the solder to flow easily.
Stopping oxides means that the bond will be durable, giving you a fast and solid joint!
It is ideal for beginners! It leaves the surfaces clean after applying the fire, practically there is no need to clean the part after welding and the solder flows smoothly.
Blue Flux acts as a cleaning and flow agent for soldering. It dissolves the oxide residues and further inhibits the formation.
Storage method: closed in its plastic container, protected from light and heat
Over time, the paste may become thicker or dry out completely. To restore the dry paste, we recommend applying distilled water, enough to cover the paste (0.3 - 0.5 cm, depending on how much is left in the container) and let it soften. Do not mix. To keep it hydrated, in a specific, creamy form, after each use, apply a puff of distilled water.
Ingredients: potassium compounds, boric acid, water and others
Boiling point: 550-850 ° C.

Life saver, literally! And when you think that I added it by mistake in the order 😀
It's absolutely GREAT! If you take it out of the watermelon to clean it after you do the soldering, this is the dream solution. It flows super fast and nice, the piece stays clean and the solders are much safer. I wish I'd discovered it sooner 🙂 Hint: it's great for the watermark technique 😉
