Put the magnetic power to work with Picolo 50 and you will see wonderful results in a much shorter time. Stainless steel needles grind and polish quickly, reaching the narrowest areas. Magnets embedded in a cast disk constantly change polarity, creating a centrifugal action of steel needles. Using small needles approx. Diam. 0,3 x 5 mm, allows polishing in depressions, channels, subsections and areas that can not be accessed by other methods. In the case of soft non-ferrous metals, finishing cycles can be completed in just half an hour, ensuring a faster turnaround time and improved productivity.
