Sterling Silver Clay - Art Clay Silver 950 -55g
This type of silver clay can be shaped in the same way as ceramic clay. The processing steps are: modeling, drying, burning and polishing. (details here)
The new Art Clay Silver 950 (sterling) consists of 950 parts of fine silver and 50 parts of copper. It thus contains a higher percentage of silver than Sterling 925, so the resulting alloy is much harder than fine silver (999). An essential advantage is that the ACS950 can be burned in the ceramic kiln, without the need to use activated carbon !!!
Art Clay Silver 950 clay has the same modeling properties as Art Clay Silver NEVER.

*According to the tests carried out in the Studio Artkimia this note is interpreted as follows: 1 = quite brittle or porous and 10 = flexible, dense, can be formed plastically (bent, hammered, perforated...) This grade refers to the solid metal, after firing at the appropriate temperature and time.
