The kit includes tools to make burning a process as easy as possible. The shelf, very important for the oven, provides a surface on which objects created to be burned are placed and can also be used to remove work from the oven. The stainless steel container is intended for use with metal clay works to burn in activated carbon: PMC Sterling, Bronze Clay, Copper Clay or mixtures of metals (mokume-gane). Art Clay ceramic fiber blanket can be used to support round pieces or with organic or delicate shapes during burning.

Accessories that support combustion are included in this kit. The four oven shelf pedestals are designed to lift the shelf from the oven floor, facilitating an easier removal of the shelf from the oven but also extending the life of the oven floor. The steel combustion support offers an ideal surface to support the parts, because the airy texture and the raised shape allow the heat to circulate around the parts, for a uniform combustion. It can also be easily moved inside and outside the oven using the metal discharge shovel. The cooling surface of the parts is ideal to leave to cool and is indispensable in your projects that include enamelling techniques.

This kit also includes other hand tools that are essential for working in the oven. Tweezers are ideal for removing parts from an oven, safely and easily, but it is also a basic element in any workshop. The steel brush is an excellent tool to use both after firing and after the part has been cleaned with Picklean (included in the kit), to give shine to the parts.
